Notice of claimed infringement
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the site, including the specific URL or URLs;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send a notice
Send your notice of claimed infringement to The Claus Team at info@theclausteam.com, with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. You may also reach us by phone at 210-787-8556.
Takedown procedure
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing. Where the content was supplied by a third party (for example, listing data provided through a multiple listing service), we will forward the notice to the responsible party or operator as appropriate.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the contact above. It must include a description of the removed material and its prior location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court. After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA unless the original claimant files a court action.
Repeat infringers and abuse
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers. Misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed in error, can result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f).
