Complaints
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulates real estate brokers, sales agents, real estate inspectors, easement or right-of-way agents, and timeshare developers in the State of Texas.
You can find more information and check the license status of any real estate broker or sales agent, including members of The Claus Team and JLA Realty, at www.trec.texas.gov.
You can send a complaint against a license holder to TREC. A complaint form is available on the TREC website and may be mailed to:
